Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Saturday and Sunday on Call 9 am to 5 pm


There is no TC available on the following holidays:

 New Year's Day

 Presidents Day

 Easter/Resurrection Sunday

 Independence Day

 Labor Day

 Columbus Day

What are some of the tasks Lawson Property Solution does?

  • Prepare Exclusive Right to Buy and Exclusive Right to Sell
  • Prepare Contract to Buy
  •  Set up MLS listing
  • Send out Introduction emails and contact info
  • Prepare and follow up on Seller Disclosures
  • Track and follow up on contract deadlines
  • Set up title orders, walkthroughs, and signing appointments.
  • Prepare Inspection Objections and Inspection Resolutions
  • Preparation and submission of Commission Disbursement Agreement
  • Ordering Home Warranty as needed
     


  

We want to be as transparent as possible with you during the entire transaction process. We will send weekly updates and cc you on all communications with your client.  We will also send you private log-in information to our back-end that will allow you to monitor your transactions in real time.


  

Some agents add the fee to the buyer or sellers contract. Other agents prefer to absorb the cost and pay it out of their commission. In either case, the fee can be added to the Commission Disbursement Authorization or a bill can be submitted to the Title Company prior to closing.


    

There is no cancellation fee. Cancellations are going to happen from time to time and we completely understand. We don't get paid until you get paid.  


 

- Review Preliminary Title Reports

- Review of Estimated Settlement Statements

- Order, Schedule and Attend Any Property Inspectionsand/or Repair Appointments

- Negotiate Repairs and/or Any Changes in the Contract
