· Set up and coordination of appraisals, title orders, walkthrough and closing
· Tracking and follow up on all contract deadlines
· Send out Disclosures
· Weekly Follow up with Title Company and Lender as needed
· Preparation of Commission Disbursement Authorization
· Order Home Warranty if needed
· Update MLS as needed

Buyer Transactions
